Our home is very well located in Solterra Resort with where you will find community 5,600 Square Foot Clubhouse, Community Programmed Activities, Fitness Center open daily 9am - 6pm, Pool Side Lounge with outdoor fireplace, Pool with beach entry (heated Dec-Apr) open daily 9am - 6pm, Pool Water Slide open daily 10am - 4pm, Lazy River open daily 10am - 4pm, Cafe Sol Bar & Grill Open to residents & their guests daily 11:30am - 6pm, Poolside Cabanas, Solterra Play Zone, Solterra Club Trail, Tennis Courts.

The living room is open and spacious with a 4 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the smart TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. There are also a half bathroom on ground floor pool area.
Dining table seats 8 and another two at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS: COVID-19 STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME: 1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests and this MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld. 2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy. 3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 or any other reason without previous announcements and/or refunds. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise levels at a low and polite level at all times. HOA enforced quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. If you are asked to keep the noise down you must comply. 2 cars parking only available. If you have more than 2 cars ask us first about IF extra space is available. SUPPLIES PROVIDED: All of our homes are self-catering. We provide only an initial starter pack to help you on your first night that includes. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries. POOL HEAT OPTION - IF IT'S AVAILABLE: POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $30 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $10 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on. Pool heating is set to 86-88 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. Pool heater works between 6am and midnight, by regulation or HOA rules it can't run for 24hrs. There is no way to heat only Jacuzzi/SPA (when it's available) without heating the whole pool LEISURE PATRON AMENITY ACCESS FEE – ONE-TIME FEE PER HOUSE PER RESERVATION - START 9/1/2023 1-12 Guests $35.00 13+ Guests $45.00 The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day. The primary person will need to provide: Their reservation information which shows: The rental property address. Check in and check out date. Number of guests. Identification that matches the reservation name. License plate information for the primary vehicle.About the Owner
