Our home is very well located in Highlands Reserve with where you will find community a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course(**), practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.

The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa, loveseat and chair to relax and enjoy the 40 inch smart TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool.

Dining table seats 6 and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
